8am and smartQ integration — CRM meets workflow management

Displaying smartQ tickets

smartQ is a workflow management tool that can compliment 8am.

You can import tickets from smartQ into separate calendars. Those tickets will be visible in Calendar and Dashboard views.

These tickets are not read-only (if you have a right to edit them in smartQ) — you can drag those tickets in the calendar view to change their deadline, you can change their Stage (column), you can edit their name and description, assign 8am alerts to them, etc.
